there's still his wages to sort mind. That is the reason he didn't end up here in the first place

I have to say I'd quite like Remi. It may not happen for a variety of different reasons but I think he'd do well here.

If he can stay injury free I agree - he'd do very well. Also with his pace and movement opposition couldn't focus all their attentions on HBA, Sissoko etc so his signing should have a positive impact on performances of other attacking players of ours.

I've just read that Redknapp interview - he literally is Del Boy. I do think Remy and Cesar are talents though. I can't believe Arsenal haven't gone in for Cesar, its just mental, he is tailor made for them. As for Tarrabt, he will be slightly more difficult to move on because of his suspect character. Talented boy but carries a great deal of risk. We could do with a number 10.........................but one who would actually pass to Cisse.

Le10 Sport suggest that the the deal is agreed with QPR, Remy may be waiting for a few days to see if Tottenham, Everton or Napoli firm up interest in him before deciding. What a guy!

QPR and Newcastle are agreed on the terms of a loan with option to purchase Loïc Rémy . Although initially there was talk between the two clubs a transfer of around 11 million euros, the amount of the release clause of the French striker, the agreement has been finalized on the basis of a loan.

However, the case is not yet concluded. Indeed, other clubs are interested in Loic Remy and are likely to move in the coming days: Naples, Everton and Tottenham.

It is likely that Remy will wait a few days to see if any of these three clubs actually make a move before deciding in favor of Newcastle.

So what actually have we been doing in the last 7 days as all we look to have done is agree a bloody loan deal.

Ain't heard any other potential new signings close to joining which considering how depleted we are concerns me

I still reckon these two deals may well go tits up. Bigger clubs than us are interested in both. Don't want to be a negative bastard but..........

We have got Kinnear who will no doubt act as a very effective hurdle to any possible deal once the hard work has been done by Carr, Charnley etc. I think we all agree that with JFK factored in any and all doubts are realism rather than pessimism!

I see Remy isn't even on the bench for QPR today. Hopefully a good sign. Though I guess it could easily be that Spurs, having enquired about him yesterday have got something sorted out in an efficient manner. Not like our months of procrastination over every transfer decision.

That won't make it true. He talks a load of ****e half the time. I love that Jaime hasn't half got it in for Spurs since his dad got sacked. Every chance he gets, in goes the boot! To be fair I agree Real Madrid is too big for Bale to turn down but I somehow knew JR's answer before he gave it
