A joke which was incredibly funny on Monday night ........ a match that included a sending off, 3 goals & history being made.

Sunderland went above Newcastle who are now in their second consecutive relegation battle.

So what do they highlight ........ a perfectly good tackle from Lee Cattermole that didn't receive a booking

 

It's not only embarrassing, but an absolute disgrace when they are supposed to represent the region.

I think his absence reflects that even he had doubts about their chances, and thus played safe with the weekend off

ps although he was missing from the media, he did tweet that he thought it was a penalty (though not a S/O). Why can't NE news accept it when even their own god is saying so.

@cumbrianmackem i say the same about radio newcastle. it's supposed to be "radio for the north east" but they only give a **** about north tyneside.
