In my opinion the only reason the Tories are still in power is because of Corbyn.
Now he’s gone, Labour are electable once again.
(Not saying I’m a fan of Starmer, but he’s infinitely better than Corbyn and his thugs)

I don’t trust the Tories and I certainly don’t trust Labour to sort out a tenth of what’s wrong with this country
They’re all liberal socialists not leaders of people and none of them are what the country wants and needs right now
We need someone to come in and seriously look at, as a priority
    Law & .Order including shoplifting
    Knife crime
    Legal and illegal immigration
    The Net Zero farce
The anti Semetic hate that’s happening on every pro Palestine protest every single weekend which has now spread to universities
And encourage some growth in our economy

But what we’ll get is more of the same, just worse, and likely funding stupid woke schemes with money the country doesn’t have I dare say
    What a total state we’re in !

We are the 6th biggest economy in the world.
Why the fk are we in this state?

We should have great infrastructure, public transportation and education.

The fact we don’t is a reflection on the mismanagement of our country by successive regimes.

    it’s a fkng disgrace and I’m angry.

I don’t know who will fix it though - they are all as bad as each other.

What I do know is this present lot havent, and won’t even begin to fix it. If we don’t let Labour have a go we’ll get all we deserve.

I don’t think Starmer is a statesman. I’m not sure he has what it takes to stand up to Putin or KJU - or even our ‘precious’ friends across the pond.
That makes him the same as Sunak.

IMHO it’s Modhi we should worry about. He’s hand in glove with Putin and we have almost all our IT systems entrusted with them.

You may be right, I’m not sure. Sometimes it only becomes apparent once they’ve got the opportunity to put their own stamp on things, at the moment he has to please everyone.

Because, largejy, Governments and big business have been captured by ideaologies rather than facts and by minorities rather than the majority
The average English person doesn’t get a say any more
And whilst there will be a swing to the left in a general election, I’m convinced that people will soon realise that nothing will change
The fact that Stsrmer was a staunch supporter of Corbyn and may want to take us back towards Europe is concerning to me

Conservatives and Labour no difference -Labour will be even worse than these clowns running the show.
    The country is furked.
We think the illegals are bad now-if Labour gets in it will be far worse.
More taxpayers money being given to them-more woman and girls raped-more muggings and Knifings.

The Tories are and have been utterly useless but it's beyond belief that things will get better under Starmer.
What will be interesting is the 'turn out'. Joe Public are sick tired and weary of all politicians.

I echo the many sentiments on here. Yes, we need change, but is that change Labour, not for me. A credible alternative that people could get behind would walk this election; just swapping every few elections between 2 parties that outstay their welcome at No10 is crippling this country.

Labour isn't socialist. The Labour party commitment to socialism clause IV was abandoned in the nineties.

South Bristol remains red. Faced by a City now of green. Expecting a hard border to be formed surrounded by caz's to keep us poorer working class vermin away from the centre.

Labour totally lacks any identity these days, the same as the Tories
Neither party fulfil what they used to represent and Labour also appear to have dwindling support from Muslim voters over their (correct imho) stance on the war between Israel and Hamas
No one knows what either party stand for any more

If Khan gets back in as London Mayor after all the harrowing and needless deaths from knife crime, the pathetic policing over many various demonstrations and protests, and the quite despicable ULEZ scheme that fleeces the poor who are trying to get by it doesn’t say much for the people of London and the choices they’ve made !
