My thoughts exactly. Imagine coming on to the loan thread and are pissed off by reading about the players that are out on loan

January would be preseason for them, as the season start February, so I guess could be possible.

I just asked and? because it does not benefit City so it does not matter. He won’t be coming back because he would not be on loan if it was thought he was better than others we have. Who would you drop for him?

Of course it benefits us, he's still our player, either he comes back and plays for us again or a successful loan gets us a decent fee.

If you're not interested in how our loan players are performing, this probably isn't the thread for you.

It's quite a while since they had a game isn't it?

About 3 weeks I think JEX... Damien Duff has said held the best player in the league, though that might be his Dad talking...

They're on a good run, should win tomorrow...

Harry Wood played the full 90 minutes and Will Jarvis played 88 minutes in Shelbourne's 2-1 win over Cork City.

Rare game where Wood wasn't involved in the goals. Think he still had a very good game though

Longman in an interview for Millwall

Longman is committed to bringing his own brand of exciting, attacking football to The Den.

And former Brighton youth player Longman wants to go further and bag plenty of goals and assists.

He said: “Hopefully, everyone saw on Sunday [against Leeds], I’m positive, want to put crosses in, want to put the ball forward, want to create chances. Obviously I’m an attack-minded player and I want to get some shots off and score some goals.

“[It’s about] just being positive and enjoying football and going out there and expressing myself. I’m not here to pass back all the time or defend, I want to do what I’m here to do, go forward and impress and get the fans off their seats. I’ve just got to take it game by game.”

I wonder if that was subtle dig... maybe not..

Seems he won’t be returning after his loan then.

    There's a player there, without a doubt.

I don't think we ever used him in a way that allowed him the freedom to express himself. The way we did use him stunted his confidence. I wouldn't write him off yet. A good season at Millwall and he could be a much improved performer.

    - Ryan Longman played 66 minutes in Millwall's 0-0 draw with West Brom

    - Ryan Woods came on in the 88th minute in Bristol Rovers 4-1 win against Wigan

    - Xavier Simons came on in the 76th minute in Fleetwood's 1-1 draw with Burton

    - Brandon Fleming came on in the 85th minute in Shrewsbury's 1-0 loss to Leyton Orient

    - Tom Nixon played the full 90 minutes in Doncaster's 2-1 win against Gillingham

    - Harvey Cartwright was an unused sub in Grimsby's 3-2 loss to Crawley

Also, whilst checking if Jake Leake played (he didn't), didn't realise Adkins is in charge at Tranmere now. Albeit as interim.
