I think Loach hasn't been particularly good or bad overall, but reading this blog makes me happy he is here http://www.twtd.co.uk/blogs/21231/loach-shows-class

Cresswell definitely needs to work on his defensive capabilities, but he is a young hungry player exactly what we want in the squad. The only way he will improve is if he has experience, and playing young players is the Ipswich way.

Drury I'm not so sure about. He seems like a player who just fits a gap, not brilliant not awful - mediocrity which seems to sum up the club over the last few seasons.

Loach, Lee-Barrett, Edwards, Cresswell, Hyam, Luongo, Martin, Scotland... these are all assets to our football club.

Loach is OK, yes he made a cock-up for the first goal, yet many people forget he saved an almost definate one from their first corner. it was just one of those things, if he had better protection he would be a class act.

Cresswell, for me he was guilty of more cock-ups in the goals than Loach, positioning wise Helguson was 3 to 4 yards behind him for both goals, and when he did realise he just let him run in, no attempt to block to to even pressure him. I don't know whether he is believing his own hype or what but if we had another left back i would drop him for the next match.

Drury, to me he isn't good enough, for both goals we were crying out for someone to take the ball from the defence and calm things down, we need more players like Wellens in there.

Lastly, i really hope PJ swap JET and Lee Martin around, everytime JET got the ball in the centre we looked dangerous and everytime Lee Martin got the ball wide we looked dangerous. swap them around PJ it makes sense.

Completely agree with swapping JET and Martin. Martin is always busy but has very little end product and doesn't have as good a shot or passing as JET plus Martin would offer more defensively than JET!!
