This will be another good signing, good competition for Shezza, I think Shezza's form dipped because he had no competition, competition brings out the best in players because they know they have to put out top quality performances to keep their place. It never hurts to have a competent number 2, which Arsenal have been lacking for years, so this is a move in the right direction, to have the squad fully equipped in all ways possible. These 3 signings do show good ambition, and so I don't see why RVP decided to cause trouble, he wanted ambition, these type of signings show that to me. Everything was going fine, but sadly, RVP, had to go on and **** it all up and put us in our usual summer mess.

it seems according to the most recent reports spurs have bid for him but the keeper himself prefers arsenal. I actually think we should look for a cheaper alternative as back up to chesny.
Seriously guys some people need to engage their brain before commenting on this, Lloris is a fantastic signing. He is a very capable keeper and if Blanc thought he is good enough to be Frances No 1 then I don't see the problem. A very good move by Wenger and shows he is thinking more about experienced quality in each position rather than signing some no name keeper from burkina faso.
