Why not get rid sooner rather than later, remember unlike other seasons there is likely to be a vert short break between the end of this season and the beginning of next,
Good call Ashton and Jiffie. I'd lost track of how far behind the season is now. Unfortunately I still can't see Lansdown doing it.
Just throwing this out there but during Covid times. If he was to go now and get a new manager in. Will that new manager then have to be clear of Covid for 14 days to come into contact with the players? If that’s true then Boro must of pre prepared Colin for that period.
I want the folk who have defended LJ to realise that he doesn't have a clue about his squad or how to set them up. After more than 4 years it is a terrible indictment.
I have always been under the impression that Lee is not respected by his players and uses that line in some of his interviews. If the squad isn't playing for the boss then what's the point of continuing? The problem here I think is that Lansdown wants a "yes" man in the seat - hence Lee. If the new season is to start on a positive note then Lee has to go today to allow another person to see out the season and gain the confidence of our current lot to determine exactly what is needed and who will stay, or go. So much money spent and far too many heading down the road under his direction which leads me to think that he has never had the dressing room - as they say. Good players want to be with good clubs that will enhance their future but at Ashton Gate they head for new pastures to renew their passion for the game whilst we still struggle to maintain our position.
how many days did they have as pre season for this last 9 games 7 games 7 wins and there will be a few red faces!
Well that cheered me up and then a flying pig lost the ability to fly and landed on my car. To win games you have to score goals, to score goals you have create chances and are not creating chances.
