Liverpools strongest team right now?

Its hard to tell what's our best team. I guess it depends on the opposition. Some hard decisions would be:
Should Kuyt start?
Should Meireles start?
Kelly or Johnson?
But you can easily come to a conclusion to these questions by answering these:
What are the opponents strong links? (Who would this rule out/cause problems for?)
What are the opponents weak links? (Which player can exploit these?)
What formation are the opposition playing?
What are the opponents likely to play for? (Win/Draw)
What players are missing from the opposition team? (How will this affect them? Has it affected them thus far?)
Of course I could write those questions all day but the best thing to do is on the match day put up a seperate thread of what team you would choose, why you would select that team and whether or not you think that system is likely to be used (If not, what system do you think).
But the great thing is we have players to exploit different weaknesses in the opposition and this is what makes our squad as a whole complete - Depth.

I'm not going to take the piss out of that as I still remember how painful we suffered under Gillett and Hicks, but it did make me laugh
I loved it last season when we played with just 3 at the back. For me with that, my strongest team is:

However, I don't see that happening, so something around the 4-4-2 mould:

Replacing Meireles with Gerrard when he's fit.
And obviously trying to get Carroll to suit our style of play - which he doesn't at present in my worthless opinion!
Not in it yet for me, but he shouldn't be in it yet. Still has a lot to learn and improve on. I think Meireles should be in for him, but that's my 2c.
Haven't all the wummers reminded you of this with his price tag enough? I can call them back to remind you a few more times...
Hello I'm a newbie.
I don't necessarily think its about strongest teams. Its all about squads. Its the side with the squad that functions as one in the direction that is successful, one that fights for the same cause. It doesn't have to be the best, it just has to have good spirit and character and no egos.
