Januzaj needs to be less incluned to go to ground when he has the ball too. Focus on playing the pass, not fannying about. He has shown he has the strength to do it.

Sturridge = Bell end
Januzai has the skill but not the strength. He's soft as sh*te. Better suited to the foreign leagues where they let you play.
