Selfish, impatient, not calm That would be our forwards today. Defense and midfield looked ok. I can't count the times someone should have passed instead of taking a shot. Or when they did take a shot it would be rushed and not aimed correctly. Chicken Tikka has proven to be a wonderful player, he's truly the alternate Mané we wanted, he's fast and gets himself into dangerous positioning... My one fault would be that he never thinks before he shoots. He goes inside when he should go outside. He shoots low when he should shoot low. Coutinho... Why didn't we sell him? . Ok... I know why he's brilliant at times... But he's oh so selfish with the ball... If you don't have a shot pass it to the guy who has an open net in front of him. Why do you always want to be the hero? Can too.. another great player who should really decide when best to pass and when best to shoot. If our team were as happy to assist as they were to try and score we would have won 4-1 today. Defence didn't let us down today. Attack did. T&A what a player. He's got such high potential.
We're definitely better under Klopp than Rodgers if that's what you're asking. Back in CL, and despite our rocky start, I think we've still got a decent chance of qualifying again this year.

I think the competition is tougher now too. Take the year we finished second with Brodger. Who wasn't having an off year that year. Won't take anything away from our team, we did well, but in all honesty all the major teams besides us were having really rotten years below their standards.
I think Coutinho was trying to hard to win the game on his own today, possibly because he thinks he has to prove to the fans he is back in the fold. On the performances so far this season I think we will be lucky to get top 6

I refuse to get pessimistic yet. Bad result, but I hope Klopp can stopp this "me me me" in attack and make us into a team again.

What has improved is the feel good factor. Klopp is very positive and a breath of fresh air. Could you see us signing Salah or Keita under Rodgers? The negatives are what we all talk about, the defence and the lack of signings. Having a charismatic manager isn't going to win us anything without effort from the players but it's a very good start. And .... if you're fed up watching us ... stop watching then. We should support in the good times and the bad
