Very true. Against teams that sit as deep as Sunderland and Stoke did, Walcott was never going to be dangerous, especially with our passing not being as fast as it should be. But, against Liverpool hopefully he will get that space on the counter.
I'm glad Agger, Johnson and Enrique were rested for Sunday, we'll need them fit and raring to go! It's fairly clear that we still need a goalscorer, so hopefully we'll get one tomorrow. I'd like to see Assaidi as well as Sahin make an appearance in the second half as I doubt they'll start the game. Should be interesting anyway, I for one hope it's a cracker and I hope we perform as well as we did against City as opposed to how we played tonight! Best of luck for Sunday, I'll look forward to it.
Who's going to the game? Doubt anyone can beat my itinerary, I go to Liverpool for the game, then back to London, and straight off to Paris. Who can doubt my credentials.
I'm going to the game by private helicopter, then I run back to Cornwall, before finally swimming the Atlantic to New York - so **** you
Alright guys, you haven't scored yet this season, you probably will this weekend though. We have gone from one of the best defenses last season, to open and giving teams goals. I would imagine our team to be something like: ------------------------Reina -------------Skrtel-------------Agger Johnson----------------Allen--------------Enrique -------------Gerrard-----------Sahin ----Borini--------------Suarez--------Sterling I think we will both create a lot, 2-2 in my opinion. I guess Walcott is staying now, any new signings expected?
at this moment, i don't even feel like going to this game, Arsenal are pissing me off big time with their inactivity in the transfer market when it's clear as daylight we need more reinforcements to this squad that is littered with average players.
Yes, I bought it weeks ago, and I've also purchased a ticket for the game at Mancity. Sadly, this club of ours, doesn't give back to the support we fans give for this club, they just repay our hope and belief with a shovel of ****. I've well and truly lost the faith with Arsenal thanks to this transfer window, can't believe we haven't made the additional needed signings, especially with the losses of both RVP and Song.
You know, I knew, you'd come and say that, being the predictable dumb ****er that you are. because that's all a **** like you can do, always ask why are we here, or question someones loyalty, go eat a fat dick, you and the Arsenal board who are as useless as a one legged midget in an ass kicking contest. I love Arsenal, but I HATE AND DETEST the way it's being run, as well as the board, and I have a very very very big distate for Wenger as well with the way he's handled things over the past seasons, the faith is gone, and if there was an option for all of them to **** off with their **** system, i'd gladly accept it, now is that too hard to get through your skull? Or do we all we have to be ****ing ******s like you with blind false optimism? And anything else, means that our loyalty should be questioned? None the less, I'm the one going to Anfield, and to the Etihad, as well as being in the Emirates week in week out, you, and many other blinker brigade boys aren't, so i don't have to actually explain **** to you. .
No where did I question your loyalty. All I did was ak why you are still raving on the forum when in your own words you came out and said you've lost faith. Very mature response I might add. That's the way to win arguments and sway people over to your side.
who said i'm trying to sway anyone to my side? what's there to prove? i've lost the faith, and i will rave on the forum about it, just like many other Arsenal fans are venting their distaste at the state of this club and how far it has regressed with this **** board and wenger's stupid economic policies. this whole system about financial stability is a sham, a con fed to the fans, because Arsenal have enough money to spend, without bankrupting ourselves, or running the club into the ground. How is this **** board and manager going to talk about financial responsibility when we're paying big wages to useless players like Chamakh, Arshavin, and Squilachi? The same with Park before he left, he was with us for a whole season, and practically did nothing, but was on the payroll. All of those wages could have been used on quality players to help this club. This club isn't being properly run at all, if anything, this club is being run into the ground because of their **** handling.
I'm at the Emirates every week. The only reason i've stopped going to away games is due to ill health. How about meeting up for a beer before the Southampton game ?
