Diaby has been simply world class this 1st half. I've got to call him crap more often.

Bit worried about Giroud. Not getting the service but is trying really hard to get the ball. Can't see him scoring today, hope I'm wrong.

Who is that lanky guy with No 2 on his shirt? He looks like Diaby, but he actually plays excellent football (apart from that cross :) ).

I think Lionel Messi has been on the growth pills.

Really good game. Great goal from Arsenal. Giroud should have made it 2

Jenkinson hasn't been getting much help from Chamberlain. Still had a decent half though

Abou Diaby is a ****ing beast. A performances Yaya Toure would be proud of.

    Diaby has been world class.

Jenkinson is out of his depth.

Giroud... I'm having nightmares about that miss already.

Carzola... amazing pass... Podolski... great finish.

    But we're poor defensively.

I do agree that Diaby has been awesome. I'm watching through an ESPN stream and they're talking about Joe Allen dominating the play but all I see are side-ways passes. Physically, Diaby has imposed himself the most and he's shown up on the wing, through the middle, in defence.

Decent half after the first 10 mins.
Diaby best player on the pitch, Chamberlain and Mertesacker poor

Diaby has had a stellar half, he's been intercepting balls and initiating counters, distributing the ball well, been getting out of tight situations with close ball control. This is the Diaby we need.

At least Giroud is getting into good positions and making intelligent runs, he's already done a lot more than Chamack did all pre-season. Sooner or later he'll start banging them in, quality player.

I really hope that this is the season that shows Diaby to fulfill his potential, because he is a top quality player and has taken some unbelievable **** from some of our fans.

Like I said, that Sterling kid is a beast! Won't be long before other clubs start bidding for him but he should stay at Liverpool, an amazing prodigy. <ok>

I should also add thanks to Giroud making that dummy run, it allowed Podolski the time and space to score. Being a striker is also about drawing defenders out of position so well done to him. <ok>

Diaby has been excellent, though I feel he should have taken the shot. He made it a bit hard for Giroud to make a turning shot.

Really great effort by Podolski as well.

I'll say it again, our midfield would only be surpassed by Man. City!

Mertesacker is very VERY lucky. He could have caused us 3 goals already, but he made a good hero tackle as well.

I hope it's not a shot to his ego, but I think Wenger will bring in Koscielny...
