I just hope that this isn't a false dawn in terms of performance and desire like the game against Arsenal clearly was - which ofcourse was Flores' first game too.

Also on TV against a big team so nothing to lose etc.

The defence was solid and competitive.

Pearson cannot do much if we cannot even kick the ball when in front of goal or take a corner kick well (apart from tell GD he's off taking them!)

Also surely regardless of where we end up surely Pearson has to be kept on for next season - its not always the answer to simply change the manager.

Sometimes its down to the players and clearly we have issues in the medical and recruitment team!
