They do indeed and it is ridiculous. It's just as well that The Mirror, Guardian and Independent don't do the same.
I go to Liverpool 3 or 4 times a year to visit family. I'm starting to dread these visits, now. Horrible arrogant people who genuinely think they're a cut above the rest of us. I tried to join in a conversation about the champions league and they brushed off my opinion and I was told that I don't understand as I'm a Sunderland fan. They were being serious. They've been responsible for Heysel, European bans, robbing every ****ers city on away games, booing the national anthem. Keeping feeling sorry for them, though. They're the victims The Liverpool fans and sportsmen and women from Liverpool all seem hell bent on dragging politics into sport. I don't ever think that will be a good idea.
