It didn't open in 2017 mate, that was the date Athletico Madrid moved in to it. It was opened in 1994. The obstructions are camera side of the ground upper tiers.
And they closed it in 2004. It was unused for over a decade, then rebuilt and opened in 2017. This is it in 2012: please log in to view this image

Yeah that's it, but if you look back on the thread Libby posted a pic, look across the top left again through the entire centre there are bars that also go across, looks like a safety rail but probably more something to do with structural support.
It looks computer generated. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not going to get a ticket anyway, so **** it!
I've no idea, could be fake, it certainly has no logos in it, which makes it suspect. But the pricing is clearly labelled as restricted views according to what has been posted on here previously.
