Strange question to ask a guy who knows as much about the future as himself. Everyone will have their own favourites based on numerous things and then the bookies will have theirs based on others. Doesn’t really matter who the favourites are. It’s not like one team is Leverkusen points clear and should now walk it
Indeed... we might well be favourites, but in a three horse race we still probably have less than 50% chance. We have our problems to overcome, City has theirs (fighting in Champions League might be a tougher drain than Europa)... and Arsenal of course have their own problems- being that they're Arsenal and Arsenal like to collapse at the end of a season... I'd say we are favourites but as you implied... it's far from a sure thing. We're still more likely not to win the title than we are to win the title.
Wow first needing the dictionary Now I need commentary lmao Think it’s time for me to just read and not comment lol Tell you what though Our record against Utd outside of that win is not amazing
If I counted correctly... The last decade: 7 wins for us 7 wins for them. So pretty even over semi-recent history. But if you look at the last five years, our very-recent history: 5 wins for us 3 wins for them and only 3 draws... Several of our wins have been quite significant. We have a better record in league than in cup (two of United's three wins came in the cups)...overall though- about a 50% win rate for us over very recent history.
THAT one The big number win lol As I said it’s probably more how I skew the results Probably not much in it However, statistically we have a better chance of losing now the ref is A)bald (that made me laugh) B)Taylor lol
pre match press conference is on. all the preamble on the beeb was is how will jurgen cope with being favourites all of a sudden (despite every hack they have saying we are not) "We are not really aware of that, the situation for us is Sheff Utd.
endo has a knock for tomorrow. We might just rest him. He'd play if it was anyone else I'm sure he's as tough as nails.
