yeah the ref gave it right as he was walking off.

Klopp was asking trent whats that for as well.

If you look at the move proceeding Trent grabs their players jersey to try stop a break and rangers mess it up on the far side but these euro refs are hot on shirt pulling

Trent can be seen making a pulling motion when he explains to klopp.

 

I haven't watched it back. I will go and have a look now. I thought the ref was okay and just okay. He let a lot of stuff go - Salah body slam (once again), BT didn't replay the earlier foul on Diaz in the box so don't know what happened there and a couple of 50/50's went the other way every time but he didn't hesitate with the penalty.

 

he reminded me of certain refs that randomly picks throws and stuff based on guess work as it wasn't important but he only really took exception to a couple of fouls but aside from that and his little lecture of nunez, there wasn't much to ref.

I know he basically decided on one corner to give any free before it was playing in and blew up but really i didn't think he was that bad, just a bit of a guesser and a get through this merchant.

 

Yes no bad mistakes but it does annoy me when they wave away a foul in the area when they weren't on top of it and couldn't possibly be that confident that it wasn't a foul.

 

Arsenal have up their game and we are not keeping the ball.
