First half positives Mingolet had absolutely nothing to do Agger and toure playing well together Allen,Aspas,sterling and Gerrard playing really well Lucas has been his normall self and Couthino has been a little quiet but heavily marked Negatives Enrique looks slow and ponderous Johnson defensively ok but quiet going forward although had one shot go close. Olympiacos have been pretty competitive but their keeper has kept them in it. Should be 4 up really.
No sure that's a positive? So far I think he's had 1 save to make in his 4 games with us, would rather he had something to do during the games to get him ready in time for the first game.
Well the positive from that is that the defence is standing firm. If he went the whole season with nothing to do I would be happy. Rather that then him flying all over the place keeping us in it. He's a quality keeper I wouldn't worry too much about him
Will be a good signing I think, people seem to have cooled on him a bit but he was a big prospect a few years ago. If Rodger's can get the best out of him think he'll definitely be an upgrade on Enrique.
Who Aspas ? Disagree he's ran the channels well,set up one goal should have scored himself and brings others in to play well. I'm happy for Borini to come on but think its a bit unfair to say Aspas has been quiet.
Maybe the big surprise is for Gary Mac to whip off his suit on 60mins, reveal a LFC kit underneath and replace Allen in the team
