at 2-0 and 2-1 up, in last 10 minutes there's no need to go on a rampaging run. Or at least when you do, ****ing sprint back not casually jog. He's been awful. He hasn't beaten a man once going forward and has been poor defending.

He's not the only one, but Sterling & Ibe have been anonymous this 2nd half, but their young so you can excuse them a bit more.
Gerrard needed to grab the game and keep things under control but failed to do that.
 
Its following the pattern of all our games so far this season. Play well first half get ahead then let the opposition back into it in the second half. Against Stoke and Villa we got away with it. Tonight we have been caught out. If we do it against Utd they will get 3 or 4.
 
At least it's not just us, Fulham are 1-1 with Burton and going to extra time <diva>

I usually defend Johnson but he's been extremely poor tonight. He's not beaten his man once (apart from the fortunate bundle-his-way-through near the end to setup Sterling) and he's been poor defensively too.
 
What is it with 2nd halves at the moment. Same thing happened against stoke and villa. Good first half, think job's done and subsequently turn off for the whole of the 2nd half. Ridiculous. Should be spanking county right now.
 
Once again, after bossing the 1st half, the players have lost their discipline and composure. I was looking forward to coming on here after the 1st half and praising the performances of Sterling and Ibe, but everyone has been so wasteful.
 
Good effort Johnson. Volley it 30 yards wide <doh>

To be honest i just think we like having a whipping boy, last season it was alan, hes not playing so now its johnson. Its the easy thing for evey oneto moan about the same player and call him ****, rather than watching ant thinking about the match.

Sterling and Ibe have been ****e. Golden boy Wisdom has been worse.

Johnson has been average, but by no means the worst player on the pitch for us
