With a few additions(Wingers/Full-backs?) then I could really see you challenging for the top 4 spots if I'm honest. You need a quality winger with pace, good crossing ability and skill to supply the bullets to Carroll. Young would be perfect for you & to a lesser extent Jarvis/Downing. The Carroll-Suarez partnership really looks exciting as well.
