It must be the lateral flow test. You can have false positives. When you get your pcr result even they don't say you don't have it, they say they find no evidence of it. Pcr is magnitudes more accurate a test as it is dna based so anything at all will be found in sample. The antigen test only says you are infectious, maybe or not. People relying on antigen tests to enable them to not social distance and not mask are morons
