In other news. Benteke scored a winner and David Moyes' Sunderland have let a 2 goal lead slip. Happy days.

Great result, but gutted we conceded. 3-0 up we relaxed a bit I thought, that could have easily been something like 7-0

Nice win that. Leicester and Hull wins have helped boost the GD up a bit as well. 13 points from first 6. 4 away games including Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal. Shame we lost v Burnley but I think we'd all take that at start of season.

Hmmmmm.. milner worked his line well. It cant be klavan or matip as it was too easy for them... they looked like they played together for years. Matip was just so good at cover and klavan won everything. Matip prob made it easy for klavan to just attack the balls that dropped on half way.

Firmino would be one for me. He was everywhere. Really top display.

Coutinho was good in what he was asked to do.

Lallana was good but then got taken off early for a rest.

    Henderson was good.

    Wijnaldum was excellent.

    Mane was a constant danger...

Close but firmino for me maybe.

Fair play to Henderson, he's really took the criticism on the chin and got on with it and now he's looking more and more like his old self, even playing in a new unfamiliar role. Not for the first time in his Liverpool career either. <ok>

Think everyone wants him to do well. He almost had an impossible job of having to replace Gerrard as captain, was like someone replacing Ferguson, who ever did it was never going to be able to live up to same standards.

Klopp says he sees him more of that deep lying playmaker role rather than a proper DM or box to box player. Don't think he has that technical ability in the final 3rd to play box to box. At the moment, him, Gini & Lallana seem to be working well as a 3, helps when you have Cout, Mane & Firm doing so well up top that feel less pressure to make something happen themselves.

Klavan Motm for me. One little blip in first half. Otherwise won every header, good positional play, great passing. That pass to Milner in the first half was the best of the game. Just thought he had a really solid display and non of the forwards had a brilliant game. They were all solid 7s but Klavan 7.5/10.
On another point, Karius needs to work on his communication with defenders, they didn't even know how many people he wanted in the wall for the Can freekick. It'll take time and it would of been nice to keep and clean sheet, but nevermind.
