    So anyway.

It wasn't a bad game but not a good game either.

First 15 we had them on toast but failed to capitalise. Jorginho then flopped about to give them time to organise and it was a fairly even game from then on. Really poor shooting on display from us and some really poor decision making.

Second have is the exact opposite. We didn't come out at all. 15mins wehere cheslea could have won the game but failed like we did. More piss shooting from them and form then to the end it was fairly even. Esp when milner came on and dominated them ;)

Extra time was just two very tired sides trying desperately to ot make an error.

    Trends in the game.

Lfc systematically missing the target. Bar Diaz hitting mendy we never got an actual chance on target. Keita cross was not a shot imo.

Cheslea time-wasting. It started on 25mins and never stopped. Mendy claiming cramp at one point was simply astounding.

Ref forgot his cards. Didn't affect much but he left off many a late challenge that other refs would yellow for studs.

Overall a draw was fair. Once it went to pens out psychologically brainwashed side aced it. If you pay nueroscientists to get us to win on pens then it should be no shock I suppose.

I have to say mount was nullified brilliantly, lukaku was a gift to us and pulisic was no shock. Their midfield 2 were not really up to it so I'm not shocked kante would give a good account once he got on.
Silva looked absolutely spent by the 90th mins so we just had nothing left to give sadly.

All energy was gone so really it was like two drunks swinging and missing and falling over.

Huge effort put in. Massive contributions round the park. Loads and loads of absolutely diabolical misses that just causes heartbreak.

Imagine your supporters and Celtic's get togther and the national anthem is played!!!! MIght rival the Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao fans booing the Spanish national anthem in 2015.
Like some on here have said, it is to do with the state of the country, and the PM ****ing on Liverpool again! Horrible, odious person and sooner he and his crew have gone the better, If only Labout, the Lib Dems and Greens can get their act together and focus on beating the Tories. Well done on your actions and perhaps the Mail and Express should be banned from Liverpool's newsagents.

Got to say I'm not a fan of booing anything. It's commonplace to boo the ref, opposition players, ex-players who left under a cloud, taking the knee etc. etc. I don't like hearing it even if I agree with the sentiment behind it. However, if you've paid good money to be in the stadium then hate / racist/ homophobic chants aside, I think you should be able to be as vociferous as you like about whatever you like. Doesn't mean that I liked hearing it but free speech and all that. And btw it was both sets of fans. Fans across the divide from the Chelsea fans have confirmed it.
