Shelvey played well apart from that pass. However he scored. Fraser grafts which I’ve always said is important in the mess we are in. Joe is playing well and looks strong and fit as fook. With better players around him he will be fine. ASM is frustrating me but maybe I’m not seeing the wood for the trees. He doesn’t have an end product at the moment and he complains constantly. But he wins free kicks and it’s sometimes what we need (a breather) when he runs and takes on 6 players. But he’s not getting the fouls. Willock not being in the side meant we had more balance in midfield. I appreciate he’s been played out of position but he only really works in a midfield 3.
