Put them up and I will comment. It isn't true though so you will have a bit of a problem finding the stats.
That season we got 35 points in the first half and 35 points in the second half. Leicester got 39 and 42. Arsenal got 39 and 32 and were top at half way. So it was Arsenal who gave up 10 points to Leicester in a capitulation. We were consistent throughout the season.
The season after we got 39 points in the first half and 47 in the second half. Last season we got 34 in the fast half and 43 in the second half.
Spurs delusion at its finest there. Despite being London’s 4th team and not having won anything for at least a decade, they still consider themselves title contenders. A fancy new stadium a top team does not make...
A new stadium should help, as long as it is paid for, and not being paid off over 10 years. That would take from the team all the extra money it will bring in. However the turnover it generates will definitely help with the Fair rules, but still require your owner to cough up for extra players. That is and always will be not only your problem, but most Clubs' problem.
Be declaring that you haven’t bottled it over the last few seasons. Otherwise, you’re just being proud of being mediocre. It’s no secret that spurs are pushing for the league title. By the way, the top teams in London are as follows: Chelsea Arsenal West Ham Spurs
Of course generated extra cash usually helps but that’s not what comes into play here. The problem is who wants in at a club who wins Jack ****! Not to mention Huddersfield style wages.
......that season the Camptown Ladies were singing.. “Who came 3rd in a 2 horse race?... ....Tottenham, Tottenham”. This past season it was... “Who came 4th in a 3 horse race? ....Tottenham, Tottenham”. To be fair to Tottenham in the Champions’ League Final, they were playing the better football but lost. Although, neither Tottenham nor Liverpool outshone the buxom streaker.
