Liverpool friendly confirmed

No doubt will see a lot of Hull based Liverpool fans here! But definately good game, will get us a bit of money, i will be there no doubt, prices aren't to bad either.
 
CONFIRMED AS £12 quid for Adults and less than £10 down to £3 for all other catagories. Well done Hull City. Great game @ a great price.
 
The most interesting comment is on the Grimsby Town web site who claim that our friendly with them has been cancelled by us and replaced with this game due to a pending player transfer between the clubs.

Someone on football-rumours did suggest big clubs are looking at Tom Cairney for £10-12m!!!

Also, If Henderson and Carroll are worth £55m the pair, Rosenior must be worth £25m!

Sorry Liam, I'd sell for that.
 
5 or 6 years ago, this would have been really exciting, now its just another boring friendly..

maybe an example of the way the premiership experience has spoilt things in a away, little things like this used to mean a lot..now weve been spoilt..
 
Interesting that a player transfer is mentioned for the reasoning behind playing Liverpool instead of Grimsby.

Has to be Ayala or maybe one of there young Goalkeepers, Dont think Amoo did enough, unless NP has a suprise signing up his sleeve?
 
If a friendly is part of a transfer deal, it's always the bigger club buying the player.
 
£12 is too much for a football match whether friendly, league match or the f.a. cup final etc.
I'll still probably go but i'm just saying GET THOSE TICKET PRICES DOWN !!!!
Some of us would like to go to every match and still use money for other things !!!
