You do know nufcfans is one of the most laughed at and generally least respected Newcastle fans "mouthpiece" on Twitter right?

 

The fact we drew with a poor Liverpool side tells me all I need to know about us. We will finish ahead of them but it won't be by much. None of us look like top 8 material let alone anything better.

 

I agree but I wish he had made contact because Saurez is a horrible little racist ****, however we should have had a pen at 1-0 and the ref never got in his pocket for Sterling or that ****e player shain

 

We are ****ed for team selection as we have been all season I mean we are 10 games in and still haven't had our best side out

I think intent is a ridiculous decision to make because nobody knows? only Colo knows but I seem to remember ben arfa having his leg broken and not even a free kik was given

 

To be fair, I don't agree with trying to hurt someone who's tried as hard, and played as well as Suarez did today, or anyone else on a football field for that matter. Colo was wrong for me, but we'll see what the FA say.

Everyone saying Suarez brought it down by his chest, did he f**k he used the top of his shoulder arm the bucked tooth **** didnt have a clue where it would end up, very lucky where the ball landed.

 

I thought it was class personally, but each to their own! Colo shouldn't have let him in like that in my opinion, but Suarez made our goalie and CB look like 7 year olds, which instantly reminds me of the dreaded term "world class". Cabaye's goal was equally as good though, great strike!

 

Hmm I'm waiting to see that incident again. At first it looked nothing. The replay then look like a bad tackle, but others now say there was no contact at all? It looks like Colo is pulling out. Maybe different camera angles are available? Everyone sure looked surprised. Certainly after Sterling nearly broke Cissés ankle in the first half and got a quiet word in his ear for his effort.

 

All in all minus the over analysis of incidents I'm happy with a draw, Liverpool dominated the game and should have won.

Disagree. I hate him but he is quality. Without him and his goals they would be bottom. That's a fact

 

At first I was watching the game, saw the foul from the TV screen and looked like a normal block offence, and I believed the ref was brandishing a yellow. Then there was a "wait a minute" moment, where the ref's card was at such an angle you could only see the thin edge, and I couldn't distinguish the colour... Then Colo turned around and I was confused. Watching the replay again, you can see it looks like intent to stamp, and he does catch his trailing leg a tiny bit, and basically bumps into his back. If his leg wasn't high going in, it's a simple yellow. Initial "intention" has given him the red according to the rules.

 

this intent rule is ridiculous because unless an alien with the ability to read peoples minds refs they will always get things wrong.

Maybe so, but it's the current rule and all the players know that. Every sport has the odd ridiculous rule that's only phased out in time (and usually replaced by another ).

And they could have had a pen...

Just be happy with a point lad, it's a hard place to go and get a result
