Me too. So we have four days to prepare for any potential CL game.
Otherwise we will have to rest a couple of players v Spurs.
Fast forward to 2016, Liverpool are playing in a CL semi and a Cup semi on the Saturday/Hillsborough anniversary.

AC Milan/Barca should get to move their game from Sunday to Saturday; and Benfica will move their game to a Friday if they qualify.
We don't ask to be teated differently. LFC have made their position perfectly clear - WE WILL NOT PLAY ON THE ANNIVERSARY DATE FOR HILLSBOROUGH. We never have and we never will. Any consequences of that decision are for us to accept.
If that decision causes you a problem then it's your problem.

You do ask for special treatment: it affects other clubs and other people that you refuse to play on that date.
What would happen if there was a disaster on 14 April that affected another club playing you? would you back down then?
Do juve refuse to play on the anniversary of heysel?
I really don't care what other clubs do. We WONT play - end of.
Now if the FA or EUFA or even Sky tried to force us to play on that date we would refuse.
As has been noted above it's actually not a problem on this occasion. Plus the fact that Chelsea are not going to progress in the CL.
You haven't explained why you won't though.
Maybe if you could explain why you won't but clubs like Bradford,ManU,Juve do then we could maybe understand and sympathize and maybe agree.
If the anniversary was on a Sat and you had Barca on a Tue/wed, you'd soon change your tune.

Because their football associations are happy to help and ours is not does not mean 3 days isn't sufficient as it is all the rest of the season.
I hope you are right after 120 mins v Spurs on a Sunday while Barca play their B team v Levante on a Sat!!!
