Sterling and Coutinho can't shoot for ****, Markovic hasn't shown otherwise either. Build up play of God's but the finishing of 10 year old <laugh>

Sterling can shoot you numpty... 5 a side and 11 a side are totally different. You want sterling in on the keeper here and coutinho a pSsing and close control and turns suit it down to the ground

Physical donkeys at 5 a side are not required

anyone use to watch Molby in the 5 a side old farts tournament? you don't lose it, only really the pace that goes with age, and he never had that any way.

Sterling can put the ball in the net. Coutinho- less so.

With 5 aside you really need dynamic, high pace, high stamina people that work hard and close down get ball back quickly.

That's Coutinho. Even if he doesn't get a high goals per shot ratio- he'd be very valuable in 5 aside.

That's why I went with Studge, Cout, Sterling, and Hendo.

(ok Studge may not be high stamina but he'd work well until his legs went)

    5 a side football = futsal

How can you not put Coutinho in your team <doh>

    Mig
    Lovren
    Hendo Coutinho
    Lambert

Think Sturridge is too selfish for 5aside and Sterling's pace wouldn't be that much of a benefit in a small pitch.

Lovren is comfortable on the ball - vitally important. Hendo can get up and down quickly to offer support and his 1 touch passing is top draw <ok>
Coutinho is Brazilian and has quick feet, grew up playing Futsal so is ideal for it.
Lambert has decent movement, holds the ball and brings others into play and I reckon is as good as Sturridge with finishing.
