Be absolutely mortified if Jrod doesn't start. Long off the bench after an hour please.

Missed all the first leg bar the first 10 minutes due to playing football. Could play again in a five aside game that I don't really have to go to, or watch the game. How superstitious am I feeling?

Well if Swansea can score 3 against them - why not?

Am I right in thinking that Liverpool haven't scored against us in almost 4 hours, when you include the add ons at the end of the last three games?
Just need to continue that run.

We also have yet to concede in this competition yet.

    That'll do people... that'll do.

Would start the same team that started Sunday (VVD being the only prob), with a big game on Sat and possible ET the subs will be crucial. JWP had his best game for Saints, not only in quality delivery, but he was starting to boss the game which is something we have all been waiting for. As they mentioned on MOTD2 he should get a run of games. Him and Pierre were linking well with the front 3.

Indeed. Us scoring still forces them to have to score 3. Yes they'll have up to 120 minutes, rather than just 90 minutes, to get the third of those three, but they'll still need them.

I'm in the same predicament. I play football every Wednesday and a lot of the times it has clashed with Saints matches. I decide to go pretty much every time, leaving me getting to watch about 15 mins left of the game. Of the times I have gone to football and not known the score until back home are:
    - 1-0 vs Sunderland
    - 2-0 vs Arsenal
    - 0-0 vs Stoke
    - 1-0 vs Liverpool
    - 1-0 vs Norwich.

I will be going on Wednesday. (To football training that is).

This is where the extra time is an unfair way of deciding games. The team at home, for the second leg, should always have the advantage.
The away goal scenario should always be applied at the end of 90 minutes, not 120. Unless it benefits us, of course.
I still have hopes of us scoring.
I still have hopes that Redmond will track Milner's overlapping runs, from first to last, but fear that he won't and we will concede at least one goal as a result. We got away with it, first leg, because Milner was wasteful, when in plenty of space and with plenty of time.
Although Tadic plays better on the left, on the occasions he and Redmond switched wings, in the first leg, he tracked Milner every time.

I thought Nathan's defending down the right on Sunday was pretty spot-on and Gray was quite a handful

Whilst I agree with this, there were a couple of occasions where Gray should have played a part in a Leicester goal. An early chance of a goal was when he could have slipped in Vardy, something the experience of Milner may punish him for.

My training is usually on a Thursday for my Saturday team, which meant I missed virtually all the Europa League games as all of them are either Liverpool, Arsenal, United or Bristol City/Rovers fans who relentlessly took the piss out of me saying I was skipping training to watch the Europa League. The manager basically said I would be dropped from the side if I didn't come to training for such a bullshit reason. The first leg of this game we had a cup quarter final on the Saturday so had two training sessions, plus none of the Liverpool fans were bothered about watching as it was only the League Cup. 5aside would be with work and, due to the amount of football I play is basically just a waste of time as I'm too good for them, so I would be going purely out of superstition

TL:DR my football team are a load of glory hunters who ruin my ability to watch saints
