    Pretty poor really ain't it,what's happend to our fan base lately? I appreciate football dosent come first for many saints fans myself included due to other priorities. But you would of thought there was 5 thousand saints fans who could make a mid week trip to Liverpool for a semi final.

    Only real decisions I think Puel has to make here are:

    PEH or JWP in midfield (alongside Romeu and Clasie)

    What to do if VVD isn't fit

    Be harsh to drop either of them after today, but I'd probably go with Romeu, Clasie, PEH if Davis isn't fit. His shooting was awful, but he's more defensive than Prowsey (who ran his socks off today). Feel like we need the physicality.
    Having said that, Prowsey with his confidence up is quality as shown today. Just needs to be more positive with and without the ball.

    I missed yesterdays game because it kicked off in the middle of the afternoon and Sunday is a work day in the Middle East and am likely to miss this game as I have a flight that time - my only hope is that Emirates stream the game live on the flight... :(

    We can do this...not just because we won yesterday, but how we played against Liverpool the first time and how Liverpool don't look so invincible all of a sudden. It is often said that anyone can beat anyone in the EPL...time for us to show it.

    I see that Liverpool are supposed to be concerned about their transfer target Virgil's injury....think it might be of more concern to us. Because he is our player.:headbang:

    I think we will score which will mean Liverpool having to score 3 to beat us.

    Last League Cup semi final was in 1979 against Leeds. A 1-0 home win (with an unlikely scorer) and 2-2 at Leeds.

    We can do this.
