It will be true, these things are normally 100% - it also explains the haggard stress of Bruce in this mornings press conference. It does solve the Livers or Thudd dilemma, better apart. It will be interesting to see the reaction of AA to this.

It only stays in your system for 2-4 days after taking it, probably less in an athlete, so he's been taking lemo a couple of days before a massive game.

    Total penis.

They could sack him but they probably won't due to the fact it would lead to ongoing legal battle

As a businessman, I cannot see Allam writing off an £8m player. There is certainly precedent given the Mutu sacking at Chelsea, but if as expected we go down, the couple of mil we may get for him will be worth more than pride

What a let down to everyone.

A sackable offence surely? What a mess.

I really hope it's just him.

There'll be behaviour clauses in his contract as with any professional. They'll be able to sack him no dramas.

No I agree, I can just see a legal battle coming. It's a sackable offence

I think you've probably got the gist of it there. Oh well, off to the 20/20 cricket at Durham.

Won't he likely be banned by the FA for a bit? We'll get bugger all for him.

Chelsea sacked Mutu for the same thing and then sued him for the transfer fee that they paid for him.

I'm saying nothing until I hear what Smartarse's taxi mate has to say on the matter.

Whatever he says, we're going to need Tickles to get confirmation from the lads down the snooker club.

I don't agree with people basing his worth on this. Probably a one off incident you would hope

However, I would agree 8m looks wasted based on his performances this season
