So today the Rangers have scored 6 goals, gained 3 points, beaten Liverpool + Leeds, and won some silverware! Not a bad haul :D

Any chance of any if these lads breaking into the first team this season, or is it a little too early do you think? I would have watched the game, but I'm at work :(

Beating an Inter Milan side, then thrashing Liverpool in consecutive games is no mean feat.

    Five-star R's crowned Stateside champions ...

SILVERWARE will be winging its way back to W12 this weekend after QPR Under-18s stormed to the Newark International Soccer Classic title on Saturday night.

Steve Gallen’s side were crowned champions after a resounding 5-1 victory over Liverpool completed a fairytale ending in New Jersey's all English final.

Aaron Mitchell’s double – top goalscorer for the tournament with five – set Rangers on their way either side of strikes from Olamide Shodipo, Reece Grego-Cox and Andreas Komodikis.

The final whistle sparked jubilant scenes on and off the pitch as the young R's lapped up the celebrations at the end of a truly memorable seven-day stay Stateside.

What a great result! Let's hope these kids will go on to form the nucleus of our first team in five or six years time.

Well done lads, a great result. If 2 or 3 of these end up playing for us in the Prem, we will be in business, a proper club again.

Terrific result by the lads in Newark. Wasn't expecting us to get that result. EPL clubs will be sniffing all over our academy now!

I thought our youth team only did well because they werent allowed to play the academy sides and were stuck in the B division.

Well done on beating some of the tops sides (and Liverpool) kids!

superb result! I went to the u18 league final last season and the lads were brilliant. Looking at that list a fair few are new names from last season, so that makes it even better.
