years ago i stayed up north for long weekend with some mates to watch the gas play hartlepool. we made a weekend of it and went and watched sunderland play on the sunday as none of us been to stadium of light before. their music leading up to the players coming out was very intimidating. i wished we had it. not sure if they still use it or not. its the same music as the apprentice use. i think the apprentice hadnt even started at that time.

all i can remember was the stadium was pretty much filled and this music extremily loud..... i was intimidated and had goosebumps at the time. players came out near the end of the song.

They do it at Reading, yep lamest bunch of fans in the championship last season. ****e City, or is it a town? Culture of the place matches the clubs "interesting " tag.

Best footbal theme ever is the one we already have, because its ours. Cider anthems and a bit of Pride.

We play that too, just before Marching On Together. Like I say though, rather allow the fans to build it up themselves and chant at the players as they warm up to get both parties buzzing for the game.

First things first Shiny hang your head in shame, did not know Muse

But said it before Sheffield Utd do a song where the fans take over after a few lines that is intimidating, but that is when the players are out and just ready to kick off, also do it second half. Don't know what tune but gets the fans going and let's the away fans hear them loud.

Also don't Stoke do it with my Delilah ??

    quite disgraceful not knowing muse
i remember when they use to post the words to the songs in the program
i think one problem is the fans aren't organised enough to make the noise go across all 4 stands

Get in there Banksy, 48 years old and still down with the kids... I would like to think someone at the club saw my post and thought "yes mate, great choice"

    Wishful thinking I suppose.

What did you think of this when they played it just at kick off?
