2 - 1 halftime , let them back in just before halftime, worse time for Abdou to give away a penalty, just hope it dose'nt come back to haunt us, need a win and a clean sheet for confidence and belief for the home fans.

YES get in Keogh 3-1 87 mins <ok>

Just back. Good game - they do a lot of passing without a lot of outcome. Millwall look the better side in the first 15 and Trotter got on the end of a delicious looping volley that completely beat Steele after a great pass from Henry. Again it was Henry's rebound off the post that Keogh smacked in for the 2nd. Boro then came back strongly and Jimi upended George Friend (remember him?) and Emnes scored the penalty. That seemed to light up the Boro crowd but Lions saw it out to h-t.

2nd half they put quite a bit of pressure on but rarely got the final outlet. Lions midfield seemed disjointed and a lot of passes went astray. Batt was on for Hendo but he never really settled. At the back Lions were steady - Malone and Osbourne played well and Lowry showed his tough side by up ending one of theirs. And Henry (MoM for me) tracked back more than once to kill off one of their attacks. Lions almost scored from a clever free kick early on in the half - when it just would not go in - but most of the possession was Boro and the edgy 80's beckoned. Henry went off on 82 to standing applause and Feeney came on and played some nice stuff till he was crunched from behind by Leadbitter. No foul awarded and no yellow card. Strange decision. Boro had used all their subs by then. Then came the brilliant cross by Malone and Keogh's flick into the corner of the goal. Boro swarmed back and how Emnes missed from a few yards out I don't know.

Points safe after 4 mins of extra time - a great afternoon sees Lions up to ninth.
