All these things go in cycles, Woopert. Pompey have been here before and come back again stronger. I can't believe that I have experienced my last derby game. The atmosphere at St Mary's for the last one even surpassed the atmosphere last Saturday for sheer energy. You will come again, and yes, we will be waiting for you.
I find it shocking that this is still an issue. The amount of money these three have taken out of Pompey, you'd think they'd move on when the writing is on the wall. I'd be surprised if more than one or two players stay over the summer. But the advantage of that is that Pompey can finally reboot the wage structure and correct the inherent flaw in their financial plan. Once all the overpaid players are gone, I think plenty of people will regain some good feeling for Portsmouth. Play up, Pompey.
