Don't think Debuchy is suspended at the moment, could be wrong though. Anyway we have two really good youngsters, James Tavernier and Paul Dummett waiting in the wings, I've got great faith in both of them.
Apparently due to picking up five yellow cards - I saw it on your board I think and this seems to think so: http://www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk/spo...astle-utd-s-clash-with-norwich-city-1-6239166 I've no doubt they'll both be OK - I saw Dummett play the other week (though apparently he might be injured) and he looks a real propsect, but I think anyone who's not a first choice, especially a young'un, will be better from Pilk's perspective. I don't hold out much hope for this match, but I really think if we do get anything from it it will come through Pilks or Snodders probably taking advantage of your fullbacks
I've also seen on various sites that Debuchy is suspended for 5 yellows. In terms of line-up, I'd go with: Ruddy Martin Turner Bassong Olsson Johnson Fer Howson Snodgrass Hooper Pilks Bassong because Newcastle is a previous club and that could be a factor. Turner to deal with Ameobi and Bassong to deal with Remy.
26 Mathieu Debuchy DEF French Fretin 28.07.1985 Available. Might be appealing or something, but this is from the football bible NUFC.com.
Do you trust your local paper more? http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sp..._after_Debuchy_absence_exposes_lack_of_cover/ It's by no means clear, but I doubt you'll be appealing a five yellow cards ban.
His a hard worker, mobile, reasonable passing range, decent control, he can shoot, put in tackles his that type of midfielder an all rounder so to speak. I'd never say his uncreative but his not going to be the player who unlocks a stubborn defence or ends up with the most assists. Someone will have to go out of Fer, Howson or Tettey if we're to get in an attacking midfielder, I can see no way around it unless we have a three man defence and drop the wide players for wing backs.
