Our recent performances have been dreadful.

Peterborough, Bolton and Lincoln are disgraceful.

    There's absolutely no excuse Ross.

I'm sick of walking out of away grounds feeling ashamed.

Same mate I've always been unsure but after this he's had his chance and he really should have been finished after the play offs.

Just hope you're right about the takeover. The American lads won't stand for **** like this, and they know a new manager is one of the only ways they can make a big initial impact, and now I think they know the fans would welcome it

I’ve always said I’m one of the last to voice that a manager should be sacked, just because if a manager stays it means we are doing well and that’s all we all want. That and some stability.
    But I have to say.....

I honestly think (assuming we are skint) that if this takeover doesn't go through we may end up in this league for a long time like Portsmouth.

I would argue not just this league in fairness. If any manager of any club had a budget far outweighing the rest of the league over his tenure then said manager would be expected to deliver.

If he doesn't go by Monday/Tuesday it may be a good indicator that the yanks have some one lined up.

The worst thing is the absolute groundhog day of it all.
People were pointing out the gaps in out squad and the problems caused by Ross's tactic before the January window.

And two windows and nearly a year later we still have a slow, physically weak defensive team set up to protect a fragile back four who concede far too many clear cut chances, with no bite or pace across the midfield creating way too few chances for strikers devoid of confidence.

The lack of progress and replacements to plug the obvious gaps on the field mean that if the keeper isn't playing a blinder and McGeady is ineffective we are easy meat for any team with desire - and everyone knows it.

The chickens are well and truly home to roost.

Ross doesn’t see what 30,000 of us see.

    That’s not fixable.

As one of the optimistic clowns who voted for an 'away win' before the match I'm depressingly not shocked by the truth.
    Again...

Crazy thing is we can all see this yet it hasn't been addressed by Ross yet and resolved it's not as if he's a new manager anymore.

The fans do not deserve this. The club is where it is because it’s allowed it to happen. A lack of man management and ambition has flowed through this club and it needs a manager that can grasp that nettle to start to turn things around. SA had it, there were ups and downs, but overall there was a feeling of belief in the future. ATM, it’s a numb feeling, with an occasional surprise when we get a result such as at Sheffield.
30,000 at home in league one should have decent managers banging on the door to get in and create their name in legend.
    This is pitiful s**t ATM
