Guilty of slating him too, There was talk of bullying which seems odd given most of the same players are still here. Maybe a case of mismanagement
From what I heard Geads was calling out rotten performances and some of the players didn't like it. Parky came in and saw it as bullying after receiving complaints and made the judgment it was the reason behind dressing room problems. As time went by and performances remained consistently below par Power and Leadbitter were suggesting to Parky that Geads was actually right in what he was saying but wrong in how he went about it and wanted him back in the fold. Parky said no until the decision was taken out of his hands
