There are loads of good lads on here. I wish everyone the best regardless of their current situation. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. I've been in some really low situations in the past and I've also had immense highs. Everything will hopefully balance out eventually.

It's amazing how life can change so much. One day you can have the world at your feet and then it can be swept away in the blink of an eye. I used to have it all and then I failed at life, big time. I've failed my friends, I've had numerous problems with my employer lately, but worst of all I have failed my kids and that is unforgivable. Don't take your eye off the ball and never take your life for granted. If you win at life, then it can be magical. I've had some great times along the way and many achievements for a man of my age and hopefully when people look back on my life, that will be the everlasting memory of me.

Life is precious and everybody should remember that, so take a minute tonight to reflect on that and hug those closest to you.

The best memory for me will always be that the people that mattered received your love, unconditional natural love. Whether they choose in later years to throw that back in your face is their prerogative but you know in your heart that you were there for them in their times of need and you love them truly..

It's a funny world mate, sometimes you don't know whether you are doing right or wrong being there for some but take my philosophy now if it helps, one day at a time..
