I think that's right. I think Public Enemies was shot in some new digital format rather than 35mm. Didn't work for me and made me exhibit tendencies similar to motion sickness (a bit like these hand-held films do such as Blair Witch or Cloverfield).
Not true. They were all filmed simultaneously and therefore all the same. The film looks awful. PJ also cuts away from anything just as it's about to get exciting. Lot's of waffling and filler, and a run-time that is not justified. Poor film.
