Well it seems the week away did the trick , no craving Alcohol while we were away , and none since we came back

I went to Prague this weekend and every bar sold alcohol free lagers - such a wide variety of them as well. Favourite was Stella Artois AF

Don't mind the odd bud but don't have them a lot anyway, just occasionally and never more than two.

And thanks mate, I'm feeling good for the year as I can see the improvements I've made to my life and like I've mentioned feel so much happier too.
