Unless you have a really serious issue with it, then there’s no need to completely sack it off, especially on Holiday, Just moderate it and have one or two, instead of 6 or 7 mate.
I don't have a serious issue with it , but I do have another underlying condition that can lead to liver damage . Stopping drinking and losing weight are the 2 things I can control . I say I don't have a serious issues , I drastically reduced my drinking , but could not actually stop . So perhaps I do ?
I doubt you have got a serious issue mate, as there’s a huge difference between liking a drink and physically needing a drink. You obviously just enjoy a drink, which is why you’ve struggled with sacking it off completely but found it fine cutting it right back. I barely drink at all now, after doing Sober October last year, I found I just didn’t miss it, so just carried on in the main. But sometimes I fancy a glass of wine or the odd pint so I have one.
I am one of those that can't have just a couple. If I go to the pub I will end up drinking 10 pints, I never drink at home, wine with dinner or anything like that. Drinking has one purpose for me. I tend to only drink one day a week so its probably fine
I had a neighbour like that years ago. He had no problem not drinking, but once he got the first one down...that was it..he’d drink till he couldn’t ****ing move.. This is over 30 years ago. He got pulled by the old bill one night, they tried to, breathalyse him, he refused and they tried to arrest him. Cue kick off...he’s chinned two of the coppers before they called for assistance and nicked him. Down the station they gave him a good kicking, charged him with assaulting police officers, resisting arrest, DD - he was 4.5 times over the limit. Result. 7 yr ban, £1500 fine and 6 months suspended. It was his third offense. As I moved shortly afterwards I don’t know what happened to him after that.
Nah that's not it. So the hotel that is built onto the rock to the left of your hotel as you look out to sea, it's just up the hill from there small group of places to eat and a Super Dino. The place I'm on about is bottom left as you face it.
@Number 1 Jasper https://lamattinaristorante.negocio.site/ Just noticed it's near the one you mentioned.
That's the one it's really nice there and the slow cooked lamb is really good. Best steak we had while out there as well.
Was just going to say found it . Seems much better ta . Oh and thatvtagging lark does not work with me .
I like to have a couple of beers on a saturday after I get home from work and have got the little un to bed. The missus usually joins me for a glass of wine and it's a nice time for a catch up at the end of the week. Other than that I don't drink at all these days and don't really miss it at all.
Just got back . I had the Lamb . Delicious , but loads of it . Mrs J had the octopus , not overly impressed , she said there was way to much oil for her liking . Thanks for the recommendation. If we ever come back we will stay in Mogan , but definitely go back to that Itailan restaurant , Mrs J will have something different
