Clive freely admits he got a lot of the calls wrong last season and despite his verbosity he the clearly has no more real insight than our old mate CB. IMO his next mistake is to stick with his forecast of Onohua as the next big QPR star. This is based purely on pedigree rather than the evidence of his own eyes; any observer focused on performances rather than on reputations will tell you that this guy is unlikely to become a great defender.
I think he has been slightly generous in his markings, especially for Cerny, Gabbidon and Tawio, but wouldn’t disagree vehemently with anything. I’m looking forwards towards his comments on the midfielders and attackers.
