I don't think there are many chaiman that would sit down and do an (honest) interview with a fan. And at the same token I don't think there are too many people who would sit down with TF and not allow themselves to become sycophantic and not pursue with the difficult questions that needed to be addressed. Although I do think there are one or two on here who would do a good Paxman on him. No names of course. A-hem. Fair play to both of them.
I'm not too sure what to make of that. There is so much to digest. Think I will sleep on it and come back tomorrow with some more thoughts. He mentions his decks of cards a lot. Fair play to Clive for asking the tough questions and to QPRSKI for posting the link.
I've always been a 'fan' of TF, and this interview just strengthens my like for the guy. As 9's said.....I do t think there are many chairman who would do that kind of interview, and on face value, answer questions so honestly.
The classic "Look in the mirror" situation. A tough question (perhaps for next time) is Tony's opinion on the fickleness of the QPR fan base.
