Quansah has been absolutely superb today. Nipping in to win the ball. Confident in his passing. Hasn’t put a foot wrong.
I reckon we signed Endo so casual fans would just think Hendo was still there
I'm just going to have to say it.
1. West ham have not turned up. bad team selection but there's time for them to come back into it.
2. we are playing a lot better and imo it's simple. there's a right wing presence in gomez staying out there and endo is dripping to a classic playmaker 6 position and playing on the turn so he's facing the right way. we have more space to play in and more structure. there are options.
3. we've pressed well bit just shot on sight rather than really craft a massive chance. the gakpo header is the one real chance. the rest are pop shots and snatched at bar Szobozlai being able to line up the shot.
4. Elliott is clearly our best player and very busy which is great.
I do expect west ham to roll the subs now and take this to us. they have to and we are not that far clear at all so a lot of work to do still.
please klopp look at this and stop the trent wandering. put him out wide where he belongs and pinging balls to the forwards. enough is enough.

he's got 2 options all the time so it looks a lot better than standing there saying who wants it like the europa game.
it's amazing how simple things make the game easier.
much better tonight . quicker passing and lots of movement though has to be tempered with WHam have been awol.
Half way through this. A lot can happen yet but hope that as West Ham open up, we can nick another first.
