I saw VVD touch the Fulham players face on TV but was just about to leave to fetch the Mrs (nm) so was switching to radio at the time. Radio came on and the commentator said "Liverpool will be glad there is no VAR tonight following that offence from VVD"
Same commentator ten minutes later...
"VVD had a little nibble there, could have been a booking. Again, he's lucky there's no VAR, they'd have looked that and he could have been off"

Reed actually looks injured. Know how can tell - he isn’t rolling around 6 times.
I don’t know how refs can’t tell that if a player rolls around they clearly aren’t hurt as there’s absolute no reason that being hurt makes you do that. Natural instinct is to remain still so not to cause further damage.

Does realise that var doesn’t check for second yellow cards. Also the foul he gave away after was such a meh nothing foul. Hasn’t been a tackle all game
Third time tonight Fulham player pulled one of ours on the break, no yellow. VVD gets a yellow for nothing. That aside, we have not been good enough. Fulham are predictable and well organised but nothing special
