This show is basically a commercial enterprise that will and has earned Liverpool money. Yeah there might be a few embarrassing moments to be seen, but at the end of the day you will all probably watch it, you will all then be subject (whether you like it or not) to the advertising/promotion that goes on, that's the point of this program...so like it or not, by watching it to get a few laughs out of Liverpool you will all inadvertently have helped the club is some way, be that through your purchasing of advertised products or your viewing and subsequent advertising of the program via sites such as this. I suppose Liverpool should say thanks for raising their commercial profile!

Seriously, this isnt going to make much of an impact on Liverpools fortunes off the pitch or on it.

 

I can guarantee you I won't watch it. That's 50p into the Liverpool coffers that won't be happening.

I don't know what sort of amounts we are talking about. But I do know that this is free advertising and inadvertently you (and people like you) are the target audience and by watching the program and talking about IT you are in some way financially aiding LFC.

So mock it as much as you want, but you will watch it, and the idea will thus have worked...I am sure LFC wont be bothered about a United fan laughing at Lucas' dress sense when they see their commercial profile being raised by people like yourself!

And the impact it will have on Liverpool's fortunes is unknown, but every little helps, as Tesco says...

 

I definitely won't watch it. I wouldn't watch it if it was United as the subject matter.

And anyway, just by talking about it on here you are helping raise the awareness of the show, so LFC might not get your 50p but partly with your help, they might get a few others 50p's
