all I am really saying is anderson and broad will get about 10 overs (5/6 each) at the start and if they don't ****ing skittle this lot with a swinging ball then this lot will have a commanding lead.

2 ahead with 5 wickets left. They should be looking at a lead of at least 150 here and then it pretty much gives England no chance of winning.
lead is 90 now.... IMO this is not good enough from england thus far and should pakistan repeat the trick v our batting we lose. we need the last wicket very much instantly.

Great stuff so far. Pakistan bowling looks in trouble with one guy not looking like he wants to bowl more than a few overs and the spin not working. Hales has really tried to be disciplined this time and ges done a grinding pakisran score to put england in this. Day 4 shoyld be interesting now. I can see a draw or a pakistan win... england win must be unlikely unless pakistan batti g falls apart. What do england need to set? 300? 350?
Pakistan got a great start today but as per first innings completely faded over course of day and bairstow and ali are not having a field day. The decision here is marginal.. 287 lead... its bascially close to record run chase at this ground but..... we all know cook. he will not declare unitl an hour or more is gone tomorrow. I just feel as though we ought to give the hurry up signal tonight but its just ticking over now. few mins left in day. what is cooks minimum... 300 or 350? what is the I cannot lose if i go defensive score? Will he give himself 90 overs tomorrow at them or.... will he give himself just one ball to play at them? this one is probably a draw.... we do know if england get through the top 5 theres no scoring left in them but....
311 lead at end. If we bat more than oh.... 20 mins I will be really annoyed. This is a get them out unsettled then declare. No bowler should bat.
