how are england still playing... rain stop play.. sri lanak took no wickets! its a miracle we've made lunch. I think cook should let it go and focus on batting. england have FEW options now for capatian IMO. bell is ok but i'd not put him down as one.
root and broad MIGHT dig in... who the f knows... funny old game. if there were two lads i'd put down as capable of digging in this england side broad would be one. once he just doesn't play shots. he's the type to be thick and not give in... the swine.

well here we are... 26 more overs have to be playd apparently. though i expect light to be offered. one hour to 18:30 broad is in. imo broad is the man now. moeens done great but broad has to stick but not be so negative he ends up handing the wicket that way either. we've done way better than expected at 10:30am
oh dear board gone... 16 overs to go... no chance even though anderson has done night watchman.. he looks so stiff in the field.. i just think light is englands only hope and sri lanak will throw spin on all time now.
moeen is playing great. anderson is not great v spin but i think the discipline is good. watching england cricket on phone and footy on tv.
